Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 4-15-2026

Welcome to Transport ATC. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Company Overview

Transport ATC is a vehicle transportation brokerage company that coordinates the shipment of vehicles through a network of independent, licensed motor carriers. Transport ATC is not a motor carrier and does not transport vehicles directly unless otherwise stated.

2. Services Provided

Transport ATC provides logistics coordination services for the transportation of vehicles, including but not limited to:

  • Commercial vehicle transport
  • Fleet vehicle relocation
  • Driveaway coordination
  • Specialty and oversized vehicle transport

We arrange transport by connecting customers with qualified third-party carriers.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Transport ATC are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle type and condition
  • Distance and route
  • Fuel costs
  • Carrier availability
  • Market conditions

Additional fees may apply for changes, delays, or special requirements. Pricing varies by state and transport conditions.

4. Carrier Assignment

Transport ATC will make reasonable efforts to assign a qualified and properly licensed carrier to each shipment. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific pickup or delivery dates
  • Transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or unforeseen delays
  • Carrier selection is based on availability, route efficiency, and service requirements

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle(s)
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible for pickup and delivery
  • Remove all personal belongings unless otherwise agreed
  • Maintain valid insurance coverage where required
  • Be present (or provide a representative) at pickup and delivery

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

A vehicle inspection report (Bill of Lading) will be completed at both pickup and delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and signing the inspection report
  • Noting any existing or new damage at the time of delivery

Failure to document damage at delivery may limit the ability to file a claim.

7. Insurance and Liability

All contracted carriers are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

Transport ATC:

  • Does not provide cargo insurance directly
  • Is not liable for damage, loss, or delays caused by the carrier

Any claims for damage must be filed directly with the assigned carrier in accordance with their insurance policy.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be canceled prior to carrier assignment without penalty unless otherwise stated.

Once a carrier has been assigned:

  • Cancellation fees may apply
  • Changes to pickup, delivery, or vehicle details may result in additional charges

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing.

9. Delays and Force Majeure

Transport ATC and its contracted carriers are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Mechanical issues
  • Traffic or road closures
  • Government regulations or restrictions

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

10. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking and may vary depending on the shipment.

Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in delays or cancellation of services.
